Who invented “The divine right of kings”? Why, kings, of course. Who invented “war for profit”? Why, the Rothschilds, of course. Rothschild Zionism seems to be intent on destroying the world and most of its occupants. This is an excellent essay, written almost 150 years ago, which is unfortunately still very appropriate. “War for profit” has worked for a very long time but it is wearing thin, now that we understand the dynamics behind it.

Who compose the real governing power in the country? Who are the men, the responsible men, who rob us of our property? Restrain us of our liberty? Subject us to their arbitrary dominion? And devastate our homes, and shoot us down by the hundreds of thousands, if we resist? How shall we find these men? How shall we know them from others? How shall we defend ourselves and our property against them? Who, of our neighbors, are members of this secret band of robbers and murderers? How can we know which are their houses, that we may burn or demolish them? Which their property, that we may destroy it? Which their persons, that we may kill them, and rid the world and ourselves of such tyrants and monsters?

These are questions that must be answered, before men can be free; before they can protect themselves against this secret band of robbers and murderers, who now plunder, enslave, and destroy them.

The answer to these questions is, that only those who have the will and power to shoot down their fellow men, are the real rulers in this, as in all other (so-called) civilized countries; for by no others will civilized men be robbed, or enslaved.

After the Second World War, the United States government went on a genocidal rampage that has killed about six million people in the Third World. Cockburn and St. Clair examine a cross-section of this terror pertaining to the CIA and drugs. Written in a clear, readable style and supported by solid documentation, Whiteout is a compelling catalogue of the horrors of U.S. foreign policy.

The authors are at their best when revealing the Nazi roots of this policy in a superb chapter titled, “Klaus Barbie and the Cocaine Coup.” Barbie‚s career shows the continuity between Nazi Germany and the U.S. and also links the latter to the rise of cocaine in Latin America. Known as the “Butcher of Lyons”, SS officer Barbie commanded the slaughter of more than a million Slavs and Jews and tortured French resistance fighters to death. Yet his career “scarcely missed a beat” before the U.S. had hired him in postwar Germany and then smuggled him to Bolivia where he continued killing people as head of internal security for cocaine-trafficking generals brought to power in U.S.-backed coups in 1970 and 1980. The increase in Bolivian cocaine production under the generals led to the emergence of the Colombian cartels. Barbie continued to work for the CIA, engaged in drugs and arms trafficking and played a significant role in the U.S.-inspired “Operation Condor” aimed at suppressing popular rebellions and keeping dictators in power throughout Latin America. The monstrous crimes of men like Barbie were the example followed by the U.S. in dealing with the threat of Third World liberation. As the authors explain:

“In less than a year the [Nazi] mobile death squads [in Russia] under the command of men such as Barbie killed more than a million people. Here was the model for the CIA’s death squads in Vietnam…and in Latin America where CIA-sponsored teams in Guatemala, El Salvador, Chile, Colombia and Argentina applied similar methods of brutal terror, killing hundreds of thousands. A former employee of the Holy Rosary Catholic Cathedral has revealed details of a west coast sacrificial cult involving the ritual rape and murder of children.

The cult, known as the Twelve Mile Club, operates from private yachts owned by Catholic businessmen and moored in West Vancouver. The abducted and tortured children are taken outside Canada’s twelve-mile territorial limit and their bodies are disposed of in the ocean.

The witness shared his evidence this week with a special ITCCS Inquiry formed in the wake of the exposure of Canadian government cabinet minister Denis Lebel’s participation in a Ninth Circle ritual killing of a young boy in Rome on February 22, 2014.

The witness attended meetings during 2007 and 2008 where former Archbishop Raymond Roussin and senior parish priest Glen Dion planned with church lawyers the coverup of their own involvement in the Twelve Mile Club.

According to the witness, the Archbishop and Glen Dion named judges and other clergy as being members of the Club, including former Chief Justice of the BC Provincial Court Hugh Stansfield, Justice William Esson and Terrance Warren of the British Columbia Supreme Court, United Church clergyman and present Moderator of that church, Gary Paterson, and national United Church officials Brian Thorpe and Jon Jessiman.

Chief Justice Hugh Stansfield died suddenly in May, 2009 after being named as a suspected child rapist.

Archbishop Roussin resigned his position suddenly in January, 2009 due to a “nervous breakdown”, according to the Vancouver Archdiocese. Referring to the Archbishop, the witness stated,

“At the last meeting I attended before he retired, that was in the spring of 2008, his Excellency was very worried about the protests at the Cathedral by the Indians and Kevin Annett’s group. He was afraid that all the reporters covering these protests would discover the Twelve Mile Club and all the children who had gone missing. It all became too much for him.”

Common law citizen arrest warrants were issued last year against three other alleged Twelve Mile Club members – United Church Moderator Gary Paterson and church officials Brian Thorpe and Jon Jessiman – for their role in concealing the trafficking and killing of children in their church’s Indian residential schools.

Asked about his knowledge of any connection between the Twelve Mile Club and the Ninth Circle cult, the witness stated to ITCCS officers,

“Being a francophone too, Archbishop Roussin was close friends with (Ninth Circle member) Archbishop Gerald Lacroix. They wrote a book together, they paired up during voting at the CCCB (Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops). You don’t get to become an Archbishop unless you know how to keep each other’s secrets. How much more of a connection do they need?”

The statements of other witnesses to the Twelve Mile Club and the abduction of children on Canada’s west coast will be forthcoming.

FOREWORD
In my career as a professional intelligence-officer, I had many occasions to access highly classified documents, but during service as a political science officer in-the-field, in Angola, West Africa, I had the opportunity to view a series of top-secret classified-documents which were unusually explicit. What I saw filled me with anger and resentment and launched me on a course from which I have not deviated, namely to uncover what power it is that controls and manages the British and United States governments.

I was thoroughly familiar with all of the well-known secret societies such as the Royal Institute for International Affairs (RIIA), the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), the Bilderbergers, Trilaterals, the Zionists, Freemasonry, Bolshevism- Rosicrucianism and all of the spin-offs of these secret societies. As an intelligence-officer, and even before that as a young student in the course of my studies at the British Museum in London, I had cut my eye- teeth on all of them, plus a good number of others with whom I imagined Americans were familiar. But when I came to the United States in 1969, I found that names like the Order of St. John of Jerusalem, Club of Rome, the German Marshall Fund, the Cini Foundation, the Round Table, the Fabianists the Venetian Black Nobility, the Mont Pelerin Society, Hellfire Clubs, and many others were at best totally unknown here, or else their true-functions were, at best, only poorly understood, if at all.

In 1969-1970 I set about remedying the situation in a series of monographs and cassette tapes. Much to my surprise I soon found plenty of people willing to quote these names as if they had known of them all of their writing careers, but who were not in the least bit knowledgeable about the subjects, yet quite unwilling to state the source of their lately acquired information. I consoled myself with the thought that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

I pursued my investigations, pressing on in the face of severe risks, attacks on myself and my wife, financial losses, continual harassment, threats and calumny, all part of a carefully crafted and orchestrated program to discredit me, run by government agents and informers, embedded in the so-called Christian right-wing, the “Identity Movement” and right-wing “patriotic” groups. These agents operated, and still operate, under cover of strong and fearless outspoken opposition to Judaism their main enemy, they would have us believe. These agent-informers are led and controlled by a group of homosexuals who are well-liked and well-respected by political and religious conservatives all across the United States…

AN OVERVIEW AND SOME CASE HISTORIES…

Certainly a fair number of us are aware that the people running our government are not the people who are really in control of political and economic matters, domestic and foreign. This has led many to seek the truth in the alternative press, those newsletter writers who, like me, have sought, but not always found what it is that is making the United States terminally- ill. “Seek and ye shall find” has not always been the case with this group. What we did find was that the people walk in great darkness, mostly not caring or bothering to find out where their country is headed, firm in the belief that it will always be there for them. This is the way the largest population-group has been manipulated to react, and their attitude plays right into the hands of the secret government.

We frequently hear about “they” doing this, that or the other. “They” seem literally to be able to get away with murder. “They” increase taxes, send our sons and daughters to die in wars that do not benefit our country. “They” seem above our reach, out of sight, frustratingly nebulous when it comes to taking action against “them”. No-one seems able to clearly identify who “they” are. It is a situation that has pertained for decades. During the course of this book, we shall identify the mysterious “they” and then, after that, it is up to the people to remedy their situation.

On 30th April 1981, I wrote a monograph disclosing the existence of the Club of Rome, identifying it as a Committee of 300 subversive body. This was the first mention of both of these organisations in the United States. I warned readers not to be fooled by the feeling that the article was far- fetched and I drew a parallel between my article and the warning issued by the Bavarian government when the secret plans of the Illuminati fell into its hands. We shall return to the Club of Rome and the role of the The Committee of 300 in U.S. affairs later herein.
